Two old German Books

"Jetzt mache ich ihn schneller" - Now I will make it faster. A German tuning book from the 1960s. This has the first mention of lowering the car - in 1965!





And "Das Praktische Autobook" - the practical car book. This was just a general information book for the car driver, but as it was from Germany, it is of course full of Beetles! Some nice pictures in this one.







Stop! Don´t buy that Oval Kabriolett - the shock absorbers are bad!! Danger - danger!!
